Each NAMAÉ piece is carefully handcrafted and made in limited quantities. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you receive an incorrect size or there is a sizing issue, we're happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and ensure the piece is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
